- Appointments and Cancellations: Customers must book an appointment in advance for services. Any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments should be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Late Arrivals: Customers arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability, to ensure minimal disruption to other customers.
- Pricing: Prices for all services are available on our website or in-salon. These prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Refunds: All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
- Personal Items: We are not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal items.
- Health Conditions: Customers must inform us of any health condition, allergies, or injuries that may influence our ability to carry out services safely.
- Children in Salon: For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children.
